2. We Engineer & Quote

We confirm ply count, wall thickness, liners and moulding approach, then provide pricing and lead times.
3. Manufacture & Deliver

Tooling created (if needed), first-off samples approved, then batch production with full QA and dispatch.

Typical Lead Times

Tooling: 1–2 weeks
Samples: 1–2 weeks after tooling
Production: 2–4 weeks after sample sign-off.
Lead times vary by complexity and batch size, ask for current schedules.
MOQs & Tolerances

MOQs: Usually apply for new moulds or special liners.
Tolerances: To industry norms; tighter on request with DFM review.
For one-off prototypes, we can advise feasible alternatives using stocked parts.
