Customer Reward Tiers – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Auto Silicone Hoses Customer Reward Tiers (“Bronze”, “Silver”, and “Gold”). By participating in the programme, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Overview of Reward Tiers
Customers are assigned to a reward tier based on their total spend within a rolling 90-day period. Each tier provides specific benefits, such as discounts and free delivery options. Benefits vary depending on the tier and are subject to the conditions detailed below.
2. Rolling 90-Day Spend Calculation
Tier qualification is based on the total value of completed orders placed within the previous 90 days.
This is a rolling calculation, meaning your spend is continuously updated as days pass and new orders are completed.
3. When Benefits Apply
- Benefits do not apply retrospectively.
- The order that pushes your spend into a new tier does not qualify for the benefits of the new tier.
- Benefits only apply to future orders placed after you have qualified for the tier.
4. Free Delivery Eligibility
- Free delivery included within any tier applies only to UK Mainland addresses.
- Addresses outside Mainland UK—such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or any international location—are excluded from free delivery.
- Delivery services provided for free may vary depending on carrier availability or operational requirements.
5. Exclusions for Trade Customers
- The Reward Tier programme is intended for retail customers only.
- Customers with trade accounts, trade pricing, or operating under a trade agreement are not eligible for reward tiers or their associated benefits.
6. Misuse or Abuse
Auto Silicone Hoses reserves the right to remove or adjust a customer's tier status if misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to manipulate the programme are detected.
7. Programme Updates
Auto Silicone Hoses may amend reward criteria, benefits, or terms at any time.
Any changes will be updated on our website and will apply to all customers moving forward.
8. General
- Tier benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Discounts apply only to product prices and cannot be used on shipping upgrades or services unless explicitly stated.
